Please be aware of the following planned maintenance window for Server Security
Upgrades across our server platform.
WHAT
We have become aware of an urgent security issue within the platform that
requires an immediate security upgrade.
SERVICE IMPACT
During the upgrade process, servers will be rebooted to apply the patch.
There will be a period of 5-10 minutes during the maintenance window, when you
will briefly loose connectivity to your hosted services. All Truska servers will be affected.
WHY This work is necessary to prevent a major disruption to service should a
future exploit be attempted against the platform.
WHEN
Work is scheduled to be carried out during the following maintenance window:
Sunday 20th August 2017, commencing at 22:00 BST and ending by 23:00 BST
The "At Risk" window will be kept to an absolute minimum.
