Truska have opened a new support system and from August all clients are gradually been asked to use it for all request for support or and/or updates to their web sites.
If you are a client please feel free to create an account and submit requests for help or for site changes (tickets) through the system. This will help us track and deal with request in a more timely fashion whilst also allowing you, our valued client, to check progress and look back easily at past tickets.
You can still submit tickets via email, please send them to firstname.lastname@example.org and of course by phone. In these cases your requests will be converted to a ticket within the system on receipt.
This new system will help us help you so your co-operation in using it will be much appreciated and hopefully it will be a win win situation.
