To add a email signature to your account when using Business WebMail follow the process below

This will not add a signature to your Outlook or other desktop or App / Program email - Only to use with Business WebMail

To find out hoe to add a signature to your own system using Outlook or other app/program or mobile device  then search for instructions in Google - There are just too many different programs and apps, let alone versions of same, to document them here - there are many many forums to help with this.

  1. Log in to Business Webmail
  2. Settings (top right)
  3. Identities
  4. Select Account
  5. If adding a logo or image or bod or formatted text click HTML
  6. Set up signature text etc
  7. Save
